Lettings success brings new business to Menai Bridge

Williams Ellis has recently been successful in letting commercial properties in Menai Bridge. Deals were done on behalf of two separate clients, and with two local businesses that were looking to expand.

6 Bridge Street has been let to Pip's Pet Supplies, a pet shop with other premises in Benllech, and 8 Bridge Street has been let to Psyched Paddleboarding, a popular local tourism business.

Both lettings show that local businesses have confidence in the town as a good place to trade, and take their business to the next level. It also shows that despite a difficult 18 months, deals are still being done on retail property.
