Williams Ellis was formed in 2013 with the goal of providing high quality valuation and real estate advice to property owners and occupiers in North Wales

The practice was formed by David Ellis, a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer with 20 years experience.

David grew up in Gwynedd and has spent his career working as a surveyor in the area, in both private practice and the public sector. He has a First Class Honours Degree in Real Estate from Liverpool John Moores and is a fluent Welsh speaker.

David counts himself lucky to have valued some of the most prominent and interesting properties in the region, from Llanddwyn Island on the coast, to the building at the top of Yr Wyddfa, the highest cafe and visitor centre in Britain.

Being a Registered Valuer means that you can expect the highest quality and credible valuations. Our valuation reports are prepared in accordance with the RICS Red Book and are trusted by the legal profession, HMRC, lending institutions and grant funders as being accurate and independent opinions of value that stand up to scrutiny.

You can be confident you are appointing a practice that meets the high levels of competence, ethical conduct, and consumer protection demanded by the RICS. Regulated Firms are monitored and audited by the RICS to ensure compliance, and have to operate strict procedures for managing conflicts of interest, finances and client monies.
