About
Williams Ellis was established in 2013 by David Ellis. Raised in Gwynedd and a fluent Welsh speaker, David has spent his career advising on property across North Wales, in private practice and local government. Over 25 years, his valuation work has included some of the region's best-known landmarks, including Llanddwyn Island and the visitor centre at the summit of Yr Wyddfa.
